I learned to sew when I was six years old, learning at the knee of my mother and grandmother. I initially started sewing doll clothes, clothes, and costumes for LARPs and cosplay. When Covid locked everything down, I switched to making beautiful padded pouches for tarot decks and selling them on Etsy. Diving into my Japanese heritage, I sourced scrap pieces of antique silk kimono that were destined for the trash bin. They were too worn to be used normally, but were still full of amazing energy and life! From there, I began to make and offer Saining Sprays – scented sprays for purification and blessings – to go along with my decks and bags.
